Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Yori AI Limited ("Yori", "we", "us", and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on askyori.cloud and in the Yori app.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. They help websites remember information about your visit, such as whether you are signed in, what preferences you selected, or how the service is performing.
Similar technologies work in comparable ways. They include local storage, which lets a website keep information in your browser, and scripts that read information your browser or device sends automatically. In this policy, "cookies" includes these similar technologies.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
How Yori uses cookies
Yori uses cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for. They keep you signed in, protect your account and our systems, check sign-ups for bots, remember choices you make in the app and send you back to the right page after you sign in. If you block or delete them, parts of Yori will not work.
Yori also uses optional analytics on its website and in the Yori app, but only if you agree to it. Yori does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies.

Analytics and advertising
Yori uses Vercel Web Analytics on its public website only, and only after you accept analytics cookies. Before any data is sent, Yori removes query strings and page fragments from page addresses. Web Analytics never counts visits to pages inside the signed-in app, sign-in or sign-up.
Yori uses Vercel Speed Insights on its public website and in the signed-in app, also only after you accept analytics cookies. It records page speed measurements, such as how long a page took to load. It does not record what you type, what is on the page or who you are. Inside the app, Yori reports each page by its general type, such as "a project page", and removes the identifiers of your projects, chats and files, as well as query strings and page fragments, before any data is sent.
Yori does not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies. The cookie banner includes a "Marketing" choice so that we can ask for your consent first if we introduce marketing measurement in future. It has no effect today.
Third-party content
Some pages load content directly from third parties, which receive your IP address and browser information when they do:
- When a chat or brand profile shows a source website, your browser loads that website's icon from Google.
- Workspaces that choose a Google font load it from Google Fonts.
- Our public homepage loads an image from a third-party content delivery network.
- The email sign-up form in our website footer sends the email address you enter directly to Loops, our email provider.
- Every page loads scripts from Clerk, our authentication provider, so that the site can check whether you are signed in.
Marketing emails
Marketing emails from Yori include a small image and tracked links. They tell us whether the email was opened and which links were clicked, so that we can see what is useful. We only send these emails to people who signed up for them or whom the law otherwise allows us to email, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Managing cookie preferences
When you first visit our public website, a banner lets you accept all optional cookies, reject them, or choose by category under "Manage choices". Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off, because Yori does not work without them.
To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings and reload the page. The banner will then ask you again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to Yori. Your choices apply only to the browser and device you make them on.
Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we add new optional cookies, we will ask for your consent before using them.
