Use Yori in Claude and ChatGPT
Connect Yori to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot Studio so they can give Yori tasks, read your brand profiles and audiences, and work in your projects.

You can connect Yori to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio or any other assistant that supports MCP connectors. The assistant then works in your own Yori account. It can give Yori's agent tasks, read and build your brand profiles and audiences, work in your projects, and make images and videos. Everything it does appears in Yori straight away.
Each connection works in one workspace that you pick. The assistant can only do what you can do in Yori, and only in that workspace. Anything that uses credits in Yori uses the same credits when an assistant does it.
Who can connect
Anyone on an active Yori plan can connect, including free trials. If a workspace is paused or its paid plan has ended, the assistant can't use that workspace until it's active again.
Connect Claude
- In Claude, open Settings and choose Connectors.
- Select Add custom connector.
- Name it Yori and enter this address:
https://askyori.cloud/api/mcp - Select Add, then Connect.
- Sign in to Yori if asked. Pick the workspace Claude can use and select Connect.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to add the connector for the organisation first.
Connect ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Settings and choose Apps & Connectors.
- Add a new connector. You may need to turn on developer mode under Advanced settings first.
- Name it Yori and enter this address:
https://askyori.cloud/api/mcp - Sign in to Yori when asked. Pick the workspace ChatGPT can use and select Connect.
Connectors in ChatGPT depend on your ChatGPT plan, and your organisation's admin may need to allow them.
Connect Microsoft Copilot Studio
- In Copilot Studio, open your agent and go to Tools.
- Select Add a tool, then New tool, then Model Context Protocol.
- Name it Yori and enter this address:
https://askyori.cloud/api/mcp - For authentication, choose OAuth 2.0, then Dynamic discovery, and select Create.
- Create a new connection and sign in to Yori. Pick the workspace the agent can use and select Connect.
Microsoft 365 Copilot itself can't add Yori. Use an agent built in Copilot Studio.
What the assistant can do
| Area | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Workspace | See which workspace the connection works in |
| Yori's agent | Give Yori a task in a project, check on its reply, answer its questions, approve or refine its plans, stop a reply, and run services |
| Chats | List, read, rename, pin, move and delete your chats with Yori |
| Projects | List your projects, read a project's settings and start new ones. Rename, pin, tag and delete projects, choose the brand profiles, audiences, solutions libraries and language Yori uses in them, manage your project tags, and set the defaults new projects start with |
| Documents | List, search and read documents, create new ones, edit, replace, move, rename and delete them, read earlier versions, create, move and delete folders, import files from a link, and have Yori review a document against your brand |
| Brand profiles | List and read the brand profiles you can use. Create, edit, share and delete your own, have Yori generate them from a website, add or remove sources from a web page, a note or a document link, restore earlier versions, and generate or export the design system |
| Audiences | List and read the audiences you can use. Create, edit, share and delete your own, have Yori research and write one from a short brief, brand profiles and document links, follow or stop a generation, and restore earlier versions |
| Brand kits | List and read your brand kits, create one blank or have Yori build it from a website or files, and add, change or remove logos, colours, fonts, guidelines and reference images |
| Images and video | See the image and video models, generate images and videos with a brand kit and reference images, improve a prompt, check progress, retry or delete them, and add reference images from a link. Finished images come back as links that work for 15 minutes |
| Rules | Read and change the writing rules Yori follows, your writing language and your style settings |
| Solutions libraries | List and search the solutions libraries your workspace can use, if it is part of an Enterprise partner programme |
To use an assistant in another workspace, add Yori to it again as a second connector and pick the other workspace. To move a connection to another workspace, connect it again and pick the new one. If you leave a workspace, connections to it stop working.
When the assistant gives Yori a task, Yori does the work the same way it does in the app, using the project's brand profile, audience and documents. Longer tasks take a few minutes, and the assistant checks back until Yori is done. If Yori asks a question or proposes a plan, the assistant asks you and passes your answer on. The chat appears in the project in Yori, so you can carry on there.
Documents the assistant creates or changes show up in the project like any other document. Deleting a chat deletes the documents in it too, as it does in the app, so the assistant should ask you first.
Team members, billing, workspace settings, Enterprise administration and connecting other apps stay in Yori. Use the app for those.
Limits and records
An assistant can make up to 120 requests to Yori a minute for each person. If it goes over, Yori asks it to wait a moment and try again.
Yori keeps a record of which of its tools an assistant used, in which workspace, and when. It doesn't keep what the assistant sent or what Yori sent back in that record. The work itself, such as documents and chats, is saved in your projects as usual.
Disconnect
In Yori, open Settings, choose MCP and select Disconnect next to the connection. The assistant can't use Yori again until you pick a workspace for it again. You can also remove the Yori connector in your assistant's settings. Your Yori work stays as it is.
